Aloha again!
Well, I only thought I'd sent the last newsletter! I just received this information request from Historic Programs and decided to send it separately so you'd be sure to see and read it.
Please send the following link to your group members: https://www.
This is for ALL participants and guests attending as part of our group. Make sure everyone in your group has this information. Official event venues do require vaccine cards or proof of a negative test to enter the premises. In order to expedite the check-in process, we have created a simple tool (see above link) for your group members to upload their vaccine cards and negative tests. Please note that these cards will be kept in private and the file will be deleted immediately following the event.
I am asking that you do this as soon as possible so you don't have to worry and they will have the info. With the tour company having a master list, we will be able to pass easier and more quickly through the various venues. We don't want our group to slow the wheels of progress! Thanks so much for your assistance.
